Job Description:
To provide leadership that promotes teamwork and respect generating sound decision making, developing/facilitating positive change, and effectively interacting intra-/inter- departmentally to efficiently produce high quality products within the Disposables Value Stream. Guide the daily organization of workload through Team Leaders to most efficiently produce quality products. Introduce and improve on cells to ultimately pull to customer demand. Lead a diverse group of employees to respect and sound thinking with strong "Teamwork" as ultimate goal using performance tracking metrics throughout the year, rewarding employees for excellence (Focus of Excellence Program), and motivating employees to work smarter and not harder. Generate continuous improvement through the use of Lean Mfg Tools (Kaizen events, 5S, time study analysis, layout changes) and implement by working inter-departmentally with Mfg Engineering and Quality Assurance. Participate in Disposables Value Stream team. Educate and develop Team Leaders to drive excellence throughout their teams and the entire Disposables Value Stream.

Qualifications
BA/BS Engineering, Sciences, Mfg Operations., Business Mgmt., or related field required. 5-10yrs mfg experience, involving the leadership of a 20-30 employee team. Strong Organizational skills. Able to prioritize effectively. Understand teamwork, motivation. Strong listening skills. Strong Computer skills. GMP/ GLP compliant , Lean Mfg., Six Sigma desired.
