Job Description:
This position will be responsible for Contract development, implementation and administration of assigned Corporate Accounts Agreements. Will field questions and help resolve issues from various areas (Field Sales, Customer Service, Group Purchasing Organization, etc) related to the products/services offered. Prepare and distribute sales reports to the Corporate Accounts Team, Field Sales and as requested by customers and other departments.
*JOB DUTIES*
-Individual will review and prepare formal contract offers to Corporate Account headquarters. Work with Strategic Corporate Account Managers, B&L Legal Dept. and a variety of internal departments in developing contracts and bids.
-Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Admin Fee Payments and Sales Reports for Assigned Contracts.
-Provide Monthly/Quarterly Reports to the GPOs/SCA Managers and as requested by customers, field sales and other departments. Maintain and update Contracted Price List and documents pertaining to assigned contracts.
-Update monthly membership listing in Peoplesoft, track Letters of Commitments, Responds to contract pricing issues, Provide sales & target listings, Prepare business reviews, Cost analysis and product cross reference.
-Assist the Corporate Accounts Sales Team in monitoring and set up of Trade Shows and conferences.
-Support the Corporate Accounts/Pricing Team on pricing entries/new item set ups.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree required.
-Minimum 3 years office experience, working in a professional customer service, sales or marketing function.
-Excellent communication skills, professional phone skills, and strong negotiation skills needed to work cross-functionally with the field sales force.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment, self-starter with good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize heavy workloads and multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
-Requires understanding of contract language, business negotiations and basic financial analysis. Strong PC skills with a high degree of accuracy.
-Knowledge of U.S. Surgical contracts, Micorosoft applications and Peoplesoft.
