Job Description:
Sales calls with Optometrists and Ophthalmologist selling Bausch and Lomb contact lenses and contact lens solutions. Grow territory sales in line with company growth objectives and sales to quota forecasts. Maintain routine call cycle and quality of outbound calls currently set at 40 outbound calls, 3 hours of business talk time, and 12 decision maker calls daily. Build effective business relationships within account base and execute quarterly sales direction. Meet quarterly sales goals for product promotions and inventory/bank initiatives. Maintain up-to-date records on current account base. Complete daily/weekly paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Handle all customer service issues within the territory.
Qualifications
B.S. Degree required - marketing and business majors preferred. Documentation of "leadership" positions at previous work assignments or within school activities.
. A strong desire to grow in professional sales quickly and the willingness to relocate.
. Excellent listening, problem solving, and assertiveness skills.
. Self-motivation and the ability to project a positive attitude.
. Successful academic background.
. Strong organizational ability and time management skills.
. Proven track record of negotiation & closing skills.
. Strong communication skills (verbal, presentations, written).
. An interest in taking responsibility to build current skill set and gain additional knowledge.
. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Successful Sales Associates will be given the opportunity to join the field sales team as a Vision Care Territory Manager.
