Job Description:
The OTC ITM will be responsible for handling the key detailing aspects within an assigned account base to promote our OTC, GEC, Vitamin and Lens Products via phone and electronic communications to pre-qualified Doctors. Specifically, the ITM will perform detailing calls with Optometrists and Ophthalmologist to educate and gain acceptance to distribute samples of Bausch and Lomb OTC products to their patients and to reinforce and sell key features and benefits of these products to the Doctor. The OTC ITM will be responsible for maintaining a routine call cycle to key identified doctors as determined by manager and for maintaining up-to-date records on current account base by completing their daily/weekly paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Finally, the OTC ITM will be responsible for building effective business relationships within their account base and handling all customer service issues within their assigned account base. Builds and develops effective business relationships within their account base and handles all customer service issues within their assigned account base.

Qualifications
B.S. degree preferred, with 3+ years directly related sales experience. Candidate must have prior direct or phone sales experience. 1 - 3 years minimum sales experience, preferably HBC/OTC products or medical/ Contact lens products. Candidate must possess strong communication skills (verbal, presentations, written) and organization skills. Should be self-motivated and project a positive attitude. Candidate should have an interest and take responsibility to build current skill set and gain additional knowledge. MS Office Software, Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
